EXCHANGES & RETURNS
THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE!
We want you to be happy with your Chestee. If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, please reach out to us - we want to help!
Chestee will gladly exchange or offer a full refund on online orders within 30 days from purchase. **We offer free exchanges and returns for US orders only.** Shipping on international returns or exchanges is borne by the customer.
Sale items however are considered final sale and are unable to be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.
Should you wish to exchange or return items please following the below steps:
Step 1 – Check for the following:
- You ordered from www.TheChestee.com
- Item/s have not been worn or used, and all original tags are attached
Step 2 – Visit the following website link to facilitate your return or exchange:
Please be sure to have your order details handy including order number, zip code and items to be returned or exchanged.
- If requesting an exchange, please include a note with your order number as well as the item/s and size/s you'd like us to ship back to you, so we can facilitate a smooth exchange for you.
- Refunds are credited to the original card or Paypal account that the customer paid with.
- Chestee will allow all items per order to be returned once. Items after first return or exchange are then considered final sale.
- Chestee takes great pride in the production of our items however damages do occur from time to time. Should you receive an item that is faulty we will gladly replace or refund the items, subject to availability.
- Faulty items can only be returned to the Chestee online store if they were purchased from the online store.
Garments purchased through any other retailer must be returned to that retailer directly.
- Should you receive a faulty item, please be sure to contact hello@TheChestee.com
- Gift Cards are sent via email and are an online voucher redeemable on www.TheChestee.com, only. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded.
All discounts will be prorated amongst the total number of items purchased in the event of a return.

Shipping within the United States - we ship most orders by USPS 3-Day Priority Mail. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please email: email@example.com. You can also reach us at 844-424-3783.
International Shipping - all international shipments will also ship through USPS. International shipments can take up to 14 business days, excluding holidays. USPS tracking usually stops once the package has left the United States. Packages continue to their destination, but sometimes the package will look like it is "stuck" in one place for a long period of time. For certain locations, the package will show "delivered", but all that means is that it has arrived at the local carrier and should be out for delivery within a day or two. Please allow the full 14 business days for international shipping. If your package does not arrive within 14 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
