EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Chestee will gladly exchange or offer a full refund to online orders within 30 days from the purchase day. We offer free exchanges and returns for U.S. orders only. Shipping on international returns and exchanges is borne by the customer. Sale items are considered final sale and are unable to be returned.

Here is how you do it.  

Step 1 Check for the following:
- You ordered from www.TheChestee.com
- Item/s have not been worn or used
- All original tags are attached to the product

Please be sure to have your order details handy. You will need your order number, zip code and items to be returned / exchanged.

SHIPPING DETAILS

United States

We ship most orders by USPS 3-Day Priority Mail and you will hear from us! Once your order is shipped you will receive an email to confirm that your Chestee is en route to lifting you up!

If you do not receive an email, please be sure to drop us a line at hello@thechestee.com or at 561-717-7310.


International Shipping 

Most international shipments are sent via USPS, although you do have the option to select DHL. International shipments can take up to 14 business days, excluding holidays.

If you lose sight of the tracking during the delivery process, do not be alarmed. Typically, USPS tracking usually stops once the package has left the United States. Packages continue their journey to their destination however sometimes the package will look like it is 'stuck' in one place for a long period of time. For certain locations, the package will show 'delivered', but all that means is that it has arrived at the local carrier and should be out for delivery within a day or two. Please allow the full 14 business days for international shipping. If your package does not arrive within 14 business days, please email us at hello@thechestee.com so that we can hunt it down. 

*Please include a note with instructions for us inside your return shipment, as we have not yet mastered our telepathic skills ;)

EXCHANGE
If requesting an exchange, please include a note with your order number as well as the items and sizes you'd like us to ship back to you so we can facilitate a smooth exchange for you.

REFUND
Refunds are credited to the original card or Paypal account that the customer paid with.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Chestee takes great pride in the production of our items - we love our squad! We know that damages do occur from time to time, and we will use our mighty best to fix that. If this happens to you, we will be more than happy to replace and/or refund the item(s), subject to availability.

Faulty items can only be returned to the Chestee online store if they were purchased from the online store. Shoot us an email at hello@thechestee.com and we will get your replacement on its merry way. 

If your item was purchased through a retailer, it must also be returned to the retailer directly.

GIFT CARDS
-Looking for a gift? What a mighty fine gift to be part of our squad! Gift Cards are sent via email and are available online at www.TheChestee.com.

-Please note that Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded.

DISCOUNTS
In the event of a return, all discounts will be prorated amongst the total number of items purchased.

If we have denied your return, it is probably because:

  • We smell you (smell, perfume, deodorant, cologne, etc)
  • We are onto you (visible stains and/or wear marks)
  • Have you seen our tags? (no packaging, proof of purchase, or garment labels inside of seam are no longer attached)
  • We don't like wrinkles (washed or wrinkled)
  • We are missing a receipt (purchased at live event with no proof of purchase)
